Donald Trump expected to be arrested | Entertainment

Donald Trump expects to be arrested Tuesday (3/21/23).
The 76-year-old billionaire has revealed on his own social media platform, Truth Social, that he expects to be arrested in the coming days, and Trump has already urged his supporters to launch mass protests.
Trump – who is running for the Republican nomination in the 2024 presidential election – wrote on the platform: “By far the leading Republican nominee and former President of the United States of America will be arrested next Tuesday.”
Trump said his suspicions were based on “illegal leaks from a corrupt and highly political prosecutor’s office in Manhattan.”
The outspoken businessman has also called on his supporters to protest.
He wrote: “Protest, take back our nation!”
Trump also criticized the current US administration.
He said, “It’s about time!!! We are a nation in decline being led into World War III by a corrupt politician.”
The lawsuit with Trump centers on alleged hush money paid to former porn star Stormy Daniels on his behalf before the 2016 election.
Trump compensated Michael Cohen, his attorney, after Cohen paid Daniels $130,000. The official record for the payment says it was “legal fees.”
In 2018, Cohen was jailed for three years after confessing to making the payment.
Meanwhile, Trump’s attorney, Susan Necheles, insists her team has heard nothing official.
She said, “Because the charges are political, prosecutors have adopted the practice of leaking everything to the press, rather than communicating with President Trump’s attorneys as they would in a normal case.”
Trump – who served as US President between 2017 and 2021 – has consistently denied any wrongdoing.
