This acquisition marks a significant milestone for FranConnect in creating the industry’s only platform that helps franchise brands and multi-location businesses manage growth and operational success end-to-end from the brand to ownership groups and frontline employees. With this acquisition, FranConnect’s customer base approaches nearly 1,500 brands and multi-location companies worldwide, reaching over 350,000 locations and franchises.
The addition of World Manager to the FranConnect platform extends FranConnect’s industry-leading franchise management solution with complementary, enterprise-wide learning management and content creation capabilities. World Manager provides multi-location companies with a way to develop and deliver highly customized branded content to support the training of frontline workers for improved onboarding and engagement, and allows brands to monitor the success of engagement at the entity level. Operations teams are able to conduct and monitor best practice training, access up-to-the-minute data, employee training results, performance appraisals and satisfaction surveys with benchmark reports.
