Harvey, a Norfolk junior, had just two receptions in the first four games of last season before conceding 28 balls in the last eight games of the season. He recorded two reception games for 100 yards, including a career-best 133 yards on four catches at App State.
Jones ranked third on the team with 63 tackles, 5.5 tackles for losses and two interceptions. He had a season-high 11 tackles against Georgia Southern.
