Huawei Mate X3 and Huawei P60 Pro details appear ahead of launch

In the coming week, Huawei will hold a launch event to introduce some new products. The company will introduce more than one smartphone, including the Huawei Mate X3 and Huawei P60 series. As expected, some details appear before launch.
According to Ross Young, the Huawei Mate X3 will come with a 7.85-inch foldable LTPO display, which is slightly smaller than the Huawei Mate X2’s 8-inch display. However, the cover display will have the same 6.45-inch display. This suggests that the size could be smaller for the new model, with thinner bezels for the cover display to maintain the size. The Mate X3 will also be Huawei’s first foldable device to use Ultra Thin Glass (UTG).
Two of the many products expected to be unveiled this week
In addition to the Mate X3, there is also news about the Huawei P60 series. In a Weibo post, Huawei unveiled what appears to be the Huawei P60 Pro with a large main camera (50MP Sony IMX888) in the middle. The one above is an ultra-wide camera (Sony IMX858), while the one below is a periscope camera (Omnivision OV64B) with 3.5x optical zoom. In addition, the Huawei P60 Pro will also feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 4G chipset and a 6.6-inch 2K display.
