A Middlesex County man has been arrested on charges related to his alleged practice of law in Monmouth County without a license, according to Monmouth County First Assistant District Attorney Julia Alonso.
Allen Yusufov, 37, of Monroe Township is accused of working from offices on Gordons Corner Road in Manalapan and Newman Springs Road in Middletown – which had a Red Bank mailing address – and providing legal services on four real estate transactions, three of which occurred in Monmouth County.
According to an investigation by MCPO’s Financial Crimes and Public Corruption Unit.

Authorities said they checked records and learned that Yusufov never had a legitimate legal license in New Jersey and allegedly forged a document that contained grammatical errors that falsely indicated he was in good standing to practice law in the New Jersey. Garden State.

Yusufov was arrested this week without incident on four counts of unauthorized third-degree exercise of law and a single fourth-degree count of using a counterfeit instrument was and released on a subpoena to to appear pending future proceedings in Monmouth County Superior Court.
