He’s got a ring on! On the final episode of Peacock’s reality dating series Queen’s Court, Jeremy “JR” Robinson popped the question to Tamar Braxton. The couple is officially engaged.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott filed papers in court to legally change their son Wolfe Jacques Webster’s name to Aire Webster. After spending time with their son, the couple felt Aire was a better match for him.

Actress Lindsay Lohan dropped a baby bombshell on Instagram this week when she announced that she and husband Bader Shammas are pregnant. The announcement was accompanied by a cute little onesie that read “Coming Soon”.

“Everything Everywhere All at Once” won the 2023 Oscars with 7 wins. The golden night was also a night of comebacks for actors such as Brendan Fraser, who took home the Best Actor trophy, Ke Yuy Quan, who took home the Best Supporting Actress trophy, and Jamie Lee Curtis, who took home the Won the Best Supporting Actress Trophy. Of course, Hollywood’s biggest night wasn’t without scandals, as many big names were left out of the In Memoriam segment, including famed actor Paul Sorvino, whose children Mira and Michael took to Twitter in protest. Others quit including Charlbi Dean, who starred in the Oscar-nominated film Triangle of Sadness, Tom Sizemore, Anne Heche and more.

Singer-songwriter-actress Demi Lovato will make her directorial debut with a feature-length documentary titled Child Star for Hulu. Co-director is Nicola Marsh. The press release revealed the premise as a spotlight on some of the world’s most famous child stars and the ups and downs of growing up in the spotlight. The document is scheduled to be streamed in 2024.

Taylor Swift surprised fans by releasing 4 previously unreleased songs at midnight on March 16th in celebration of her upcoming The Eras Tour. The singer revealed what tracks fans can look forward to on her Instagram story page.

Actor, writer and director Emilio Estevez will receive a special honor at the Sun Valley Film Festival. On March 31, he will be honored with the Pioneer Award for his work in front of and behind the camera. On April 1st he will host a special screening of his 2011 feature film The Way at the festival.

Popular actor Sam Neill has announced he is undergoing treatment for stage three blood cancer. The Jurassic World Dominion actor noticed swollen glands while promoting the blockbuster and was diagnosed with T-cell angioimmunoblastic lymphoma. Find out what he had to say.

Casting & Changes

BAFTA winner and Oscar nominee Barry Keoghan is currently in negotiations to join the cast of Ridley Scott’s highly anticipated sequel to the 2000 blockbuster hit Gladiator. The actor would join another Oscar nominee, Paul Mescal, to play Lucius, son of Maximus, in the epic drama.

Drew Barrymore will host the MTV Awards on May 7th. The actress has been nominated for 9 MTV Awards and won 3 over her four decade career.

Entertainment News: In Memoriam

Actor Lance Reddick passed away suddenly on March 17. Best known for his key roles in the John Wick franchise and the television series Oz, Fringe and The Wire. He was 60.

Jim Gordon, a key member of the Wrecking Crew, a core group of sought-after session musicians, and co-writer of Eric Clapton’s monster hit “Layla,” has died at the age of 77. The ailing musician, who struggled with mental health issues, later went to jail for killing his mother. He died March 13 at a medical facility in Vacaville, California.

Soul singer and songwriter Bobby Caldwell died March 15 after a long battle with the after-effects of an allergic reaction to an antibiotic six years ago. He was responsible for classic hits like “What You Won’t Do For Love”, “Glory of Love” and “The Next Time I Fall”. The singer turned 71.

On March 14, it was announced that Tom Joyner, winner of the Frank Capra Award and JAWS First AD, died on February 22 at the age of 79 after a long battle with cancer and heart disease. Other films he was known for were High Plains Drifter, The Blues Brothers, Starman and Against All Odds.

Bestselling author John Jakes passed away on March 11th. Many of his novels have been adapted for television, including The Bastard and the North and South trilogy. He was 90.

Legendary Disneyland designer Rolly Crump died at his home on March 12. He is known for his notable contributions to The Haunted Mansion, It’s A Small World and The Enchanted Tiki Room. He was 93.

Social media influencer and model Jeff Thomas is dead after falling from his balcony in Miami, Florida March 8. It is being treated as a suspected suicide. He was 35.
