The District Attorney for Fulton County, GA, announces charges against 26 people in targeting celebrities and wealthy people in home burglaries

Months after a full-scale RICO indicting Young Stoner Life Records, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis announced new indictments against 26 people involved in Atlanta celebrity home invasions.
According to CBS46, those arrested are part of the Drug Rich Gang, a unit made up of members of Blood, Crips, and Gangster Disciples. The members are believed to be responsible for 16 separate violent incidents at celebrity and non-celebrity homes in Union City, Atlanta and Sandy Springs.
Celebrities targeted in the ring include Mariah Carey, Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley and Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Marlo Hampton. Earlier this month, Carey’s home was broken into.
“What they did was target people who show off their wealth on social media,” the district attorney said. “This charge also includes people who weren’t as famous but also had their wealth on social media.”
Crimes related to the home invasions included kidnapping, armed robbery, aggravated assault and more.
“As we know, crime and criminals have no borders and they made their way into my country – Fulton County. I have a message today: if you thought Fulton was a good county to take your crime there, take your violence there, you are wrong and you will face the consequences.”
