The Colombian designer will attend New York Fashion Week with entrepreneurs

Colombian designer Paris Rodriguez is set to break new ground with a runway show at New York Fashion Week (NYFW), where she spotlights female entrepreneurs as models.
After dressing celebrities like Becky G, Paty Cantu, Alejandra Ambrosi, Stephanie Salas and Maite Perroni, Paris Rodriguez will invite five famous female entrepreneurs to deliver a message of empowerment on the NYFW stage.
“Each dress will represent the emotions that an entrepreneur needs to live day by day to fulfill the dream that is in her heart. We will only have models with ongoing ventures. Their names will be published soon. My goal with this show is to inspire Latinos to achieve their dreams. I would like to thank the Art Fashion Show along with Libby Jones and her producer Erike Rosete for inviting us to this amazing event,” the designer said in a statement.
Born in the coffee region of Colombia and currently based in the United States, the designer has had an important career in the fashion industry, with a particular commitment to the world of women’s clothing. She has received several awards from the international textile industry.
Paris Rodriguez creations are characterized by a contemporary style, where the female figure is emphasized through garments made with a careful choice of fabrics and excellent quality.
The design proposal she brings is present in places like Dubai, Mexico, United States, Canada, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and the Philippines. The garments have been used in editorial articles in publications such as Harper’s BAZAAR, Elle, Maxim, L’Officiel, Cosmopolitan, Hola, among others.
Now, with her new project Emprende Hoy, which will be launched after fashion week, she wants to mentor Latinos who dream of entrepreneurship, show them how to get the seed capital and share her knowledge of how she achieved it.
